Terms of Service

Seedhi baat: poori payment pehle, kaam shuru hone ke baad refund nahi, magar aap ki details ke changes hum karte rehte hain.

What we provide

Melo Invites designs and sets up digital invitations: a web link your guests open on their phones. We do not print or deliver paper cards.

Orders and payment

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as shown on our website when you order. Payment is in full, upfront, before we start work. Your order is confirmed once we have received payment and told you so on WhatsApp.

Refunds

If you cancel before we start work, we refund you in full. Once we have started work on your invitation, payments are not refundable. If we are unable to deliver your invitation, we refund you in full.

Changes

We make reasonable changes to your details (names, dates, venues, text, photos) on request, on the same link. Moving to a different design after we have delivered your invitation counts as a new order.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, music and text you send us. They stay yours; you let us use them only to make and host your invitation. We will not show your invitation in our own marketing without asking you first.

Our designs

Our designs, artwork and code belong to us. You may share your invitation link freely, but you may not copy, sell or reuse our designs.

How long your link stays online

Your invitation stays online at least until three months after your last event, and usually much longer. We work to keep it available at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during a hosting outage.

Replies from guests

We collect your guests’ replies and send you the list. We are not responsible for what guests write or whether they reply.

Responsibility

If something goes wrong because of us, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for your invitation.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
